Join us at Engage Art Studios for a special event where acclaimed author Claire-Louise Bennett will read from her celebrated recent novel Checkout 19 in the Engage Studios gallery, with Q&A.
To accompany this, artist Ruby Wallis will exhibit a selection of collage works from their collaborative project I Know, But Only Just, published in the Winter Papers vol.6 anthology for the arts and shown at Solas Nua, Washington.

What I Love to Paint & Draw ! | A children’s art exhibition.
Running alongside this event we will have our project workspace open to all on Friday evening to exhibit the drawing and painting work of our young artists that have been taking part in our junior and senior Thursday Art School in Engage throughout the year taught by artist & educator Vicky Smith.
The artists created work as a response to the prompt ‘what do you love to paint and draw?’ to celebrate their Culture Night.
